Authentic Italian Pizza in Cypress Knoll

Fire in the Bricks is located at 5 Utility Drive in Palm Coast, where we make authentic Italian pizza fresh to order using traditional methods and quality ingredients—no frozen dough or mass-produced shortcuts. We prepare each pizza when you order it, which means you get hot food that tastes like it was made with care. Our 10-mile delivery radius covers most of Palm Coast, so you can have pizza delivered to your home without traveling or waiting for a table. Beyond pizza in Palm Coast, our Italian menu includes traditional pasta dishes and other entrees that work well for weeknight dinners or feeding a group. We keep things straightforward: we source good ingredients and follow established techniques rather than cutting corners with convenience products that undermine flavor and quality.
